CANCELLATION & PAYMENT POLICY
To hold your reservation, Red Sail Sports will require a 1/3 deposit on your credit card as a guarantee. The balance will be due upon check-in. If you need to cancel your activity after making a reservation, then Red Sail Sports requires 24 hours’ notice. If notice is not received within 24 hours of your scheduled activity, then your credit card will be charged for the full amount. Bookings canceled due to weather, acts of God or circumstances beyond Red Sail Sports’ control will be rescheduled or are subject to a full refund. Departure points are subject to change, dependent on weather. Upon receipt of your reservation, Red Sail Sports will hold the outlined arrangements on a confirmed basis. All prices are in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. All prices include gratuities.
