"I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed diving and sailing with Red
Sail. When we arrived last week, the airline had lost our luggage (which
included all our dive gear and our C-cards). We arrived late so I couldn’t call
and reschedule our dives for the next day. In the morning the driver (I think it
was Herbert) came and he let me speak with Maria on his cell phone. Maria was so
helpful and really understood our situation. She let us reschedule right then
and she was very helpful.
We dove mainly with Ash and we loved him! He was great. In fact, the last day of
our diving, my husband and I were the only 2 on the boat. He was a great
divemaster and made it fun for us. Anthony and Celia were great on the night
dive too. The ratio there was awesome too! We had 5 divers and 4 divemasters.
On Friday we did the sunset sail and of course we had a great time. I don’t
remember the Captain or the bartenders names but they were real fun and
personable. They each took a few minutes to get to know us and actually let me
steer. (I’m not so sure that was a good thing! J)
On Sunday we met some other folks at the hotel and they had wanted to take a
sunset sail. They said they were looking for the Red Sail shop and we were most
happy to let them know where you were located. Your operation in Aruba really
helped to make our vacation memorable (since it didn’t start out so well).
Thanks for having us and for showing us such a great time. I have a few pictures
that I will email to you. We will definitely dive with your company again
wherever they are.

"I wanted to take a minute
to express our thanks and great satisfaction with your crew in Aruba. We
obtained our "referral" from a website and did all of the bookwork at home.
We arrived in Aruba on February 19th, 2006 with our referrals (no pool work)
and reservations with Red Sail to finish our Open Water Certification. We did
not realize that we should have accommplished our pool work at home, which
caused some confusion. Your team at the Hyatt staightened everything out for
us, everyone was wonderful and patient with us from the girls at the desk to
the guys on the boat.
I specifically want to
thank Ron Huijbers, our dive instructor. My husband had some difficulties
taking to the water the first couple days, and Ron was patient and
understanding throughout. What could have turned in to a miserable experience
was handled so well that we had nothing but fun.
We have used Red Sail for
excursions on Hawaii which is why I booked our lessons with you in Aruba, and
I was not disappointed with the quality of your organization. I will
definitely use Red Sail in the future.

"I just wanted to compliment you on your wonderful staff. My daughter and I
were recently in Aruba and had the chance to do quite a bit of dealings with
your company. We completed our open water diver certification, went on a couple
of extra dives, went on the catamaran dinner cruise and went parasailing. Every
step of the way, your employees were not only courteous, but friendly and
engaging. In particular, Guido, was our diving instructor. He was superb. He was
friendly, put us at ease, and yet made sure we were skilled enough to safely do
what we hoped to do. He is a real star as a teacher and I wanted to compliment
him to you so you realized what a great employee you have. If you have any kind

and 3 of my friends recently returned from a dive trip to Aruba and one word
can sum up our experience with Red Sail Sports...Exceptional! Never before
have any of us met and worked with a dive staff that went out of their way
to accommodate and make you feel as if you were the only one they were there
to assist. Your staff from top to bottom was the best.
I would also like to
make some comments regarding certain members of your staff:
Giovanni, who was our divemaster for the majority of our dives was always
professional, courteous, very safety-oriented and fun to dive with. His concern
and alertness to his job was a definite asset when one my friends had problems
with bouyancy and getting back on the boat. My friends and I all agreed that
he is the best divemaster any of us have ever dove with and, between the four
of us, we have over 60 years of experience. Giovanni is truly an asset to Red
Sail Sports. He has a great deal of knowledge reagarding the dive sites and
marine life that exists at these sites and because of this knowledge made each
dive truly enjoyable and memorable.
Other members of the dive staff that we had the pleasure of diving with were
William, JR, Memhi and Peter. All of whom were the very definition of professional
and a lot of fun to dive with.
Thank you for helping to make our visit/diving in Aruba a most memorable

and will
